DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS AND HYGIENE CONCERNS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY ITEMS, INCLUDING WIGS AND CUSTOM ORDERS. PLEASE REVIEW PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND DETAILS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7-10 business days for in-stock units and 10-15 business days for custom orders. Processing times may vary during holidays or promotional periods.

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this, please contact us at missjaycollection3@gmail.com.

3. SHIPPING

  • Delivery Times: Shipping times depend on the chosen shipping method at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

  • Delays: Miss Jay Collection is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.

  • Incorrect Address: Ensure your shipping information is accurate. We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. PRODUCT QUALITY

  • Each wig in the Miss Jay Collection is crafted with 100% virgin Brazilian hair and premium HD lace. Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to the natural nature of the hair.

  • For proper wig care, refer to the instructions provided with your purchase or on our website.

​5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing missjaycollection3@gmail.com. Include your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue.

  • After review, we will provide instructions for resolution. Note that Miss Jay Collection reserves the right to deny claims if the item shows signs of wear, improper care, or alteration.

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
